Sub: Forwarding disbursement sanction memos
generated by McCamish from one office to another office-reg.
It has been noticed that
CPCs of one circle are forwarding the McCamish sanction memos for payment directly
to other CPC without any specimen signature of CPC incharge on the sanction
memo. This is creating delay in payment of claims.
In view of the above, it
has been decided that the scanned copies of the sanction letters duly signed by
the CPC incharge should be uploaded on the system using legacy document upload
utility, so as to avoid any doubt and expendite payment of claims.

No Financial transactions should be made on Sundays/Holidays on McCamish

Sub: Working on ‘CIS’ on Sundays/Holidays-reg.
This
is regarding making transactions in McCamish on Sundays/Holidays also.
Recently
it has been noticed that some offices are working/making transactions
(Collection and disbursement) in McCamish software on Sundays/Holidays also
which is not correct. It is, therefore, requested to instruct users not to
access the McCamish system on Sundays/Holidays for any financial transactions
as this will cause issue relating to financial accounting.
The
system can be accessed on Sundays and Holidays for only non-financial
transactions with proper approval of CPC incharge and the divisional head.
